Suntech iPark, will accommodate 17,500 seats which translates to a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 88,300 sqm and a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 118,395 sqm.

Suntech iPark’s modern architecture matches perfectly with the overall campus-like atmosphere of Downtown Lancaster.

Nearby is The Square, a campus-type strip mall that houses a variety of dining establishments for your employees to choose from. The Square also makes it easy and convenient for your employees to do some quick grocery shopping.

Also nearby is Central Greens, a leisure area complete with pocket gardens, tree-shaded walkways, interconnected pathways and wide-open spaces, perfect for any number of outdoor activities.

Suntech iPark, the pioneer IT park in Cavite, is the first office development project of Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Pro-Friends).

Pro-Friends, is a property development company that started operations in February 1999 and has grown from being a provider of homes for the low income group to providing township projects to higher market segments.

PEZA Incentives for Suntech iPark Locators

  • Income Tax Holiday (ITH) for four (4) years for Non-Pioneer IT Enterprises, or six (6) years for Pioneer IT Enterprises.
  • After the ITH period, the option to pay a special 5% tax on gross income earned, in lieu of all national and local taxes, except real property taxes on land owned by developers.
  • Exemption from payment of import duties and taxes on imported machinery and equipment and raw materials.
  • Additional deduction equivalent to 50% of training expenses, chargeable against the 3% share of the national government in the special 5% tax on gross income.
  • Permanent resident status for foreign investors with initial investments of US$ 150,000.00 or more.
  • Employment of non-resident aliens required in the operation of IT Enterprises.
  • Other incentives, as may be determined by the PEZA Board.

Our Location

Suntech iPark is located close to Metro Manila and can be accessed in various ways: via Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX); Coastal Road and via Aguinaldo Highway.

It is a mere 20 minutes away from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and Mall of Asia (MOA) via CAVITEX.

Suntech iPark can also be conveniently reached by commuters using the Lancaster New City MetroLink Bus that directly transports residents and employees to the development from Coastal Mall.

There are also various shuttles within Suntech iPark, that transports residents and employees to and from other parts of Cavite.

Suntech iPark will also become even more accessible with the development of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), a 47km. long expressway that will connect CAVITEX in Kawit Cavite to the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) – Mamplasan Interchange.
